Carry Italian venues from onboarding to long-term champion. Native Italian + hospitality background.
You will turn new accounts into long-term champions. The team is part teacher, part troubleshooter, part operations consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new venues from kickoff to first month-end close.
- Run quarterly business reviews and proactive health-checks.
- Drive expansion and reduce churn through proven playbooks.
- Feed product with structured insight from the field.

- 3+ years in customer success,
