- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Internship - Property and Facility Advisor** to join its office in **Genova**within the **Global Property & Facility Management** Division. **Mission**
- The Intern will join the Property & Facility Management team, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to both technical and administrative activities.**Key Accountabilities**
- Will assist the Local Property & Facility Unit in any technical, maintenance and administrative activity related to Property & Facility Management.
- Will be trained to support facility management in managing, organizing, and coordinating workspaces, including all services, commodities, and utilities that ensure the functionality and comfort required to meet company objectives.
- Will be also involved in learning about property activies as contracts, management and control of condominium expenses and all activities related to property management. **-
- Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General**Qualifications**
- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preference for Civil or Building or Management).
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point




- Proficient use of Autocad
- Good level of **Italian and English**, essential for effective communication with collegues.
- Ability to work in a team, curiosity, and willingness to learn. **-
