Primary Purpose:

An early career administrator who performs well defined operational tasks under guidance. Handles basic provisioning, monitoring, and ticket execution while building troubleshooting and change discipline skills.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations includes Salisbury, NC.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine configuration tasks (e.g., port turns, basic ACL changes) under supervision.
- Review alerts and tickets; triage issues and gather diagnostics for escalation.




- Fulfill standard service requests (guest Wi Fi accounts, DHCP reservations, DNS entries) accurately.
- Follow incident/change procedures and maintain precise ticket notes.
- Update inventory/CMDB records and assist with device labeling and documentation.
- Validate post change checks and perform basic connectivity tests.
- Shadow on call rotations and participate in post incident reviews to learn patterns.
- Practice basic scripting and command line techniques to streamline routine work.
- Support shipment/RMA coordination and site turn up checklists.
- Adhere to security and compliance guidelines at all times.
- May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
