This is a high-impact Solutions Architect opportunity focused on bringing cutting-edge Voice AI technology to Arabic-speaking markets. You will serve as a hands-on technical partner for enterprise customers, owning implementations from initial discovery through production deployment. The role combines customer-facing solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, technical delivery, and post-launch support. You will design solutions around real-world customer environments, technical constraints, and data-residency requirements while building reusable patterns that can accelerate future engagements. As the first dedicated technical presence for the region, you will also shape the regional playbook and influence product development through direct customer insights. The environment is fast-moving, AI-first, globally distributed, and highly collaborative, with significant autonomy and technical ownership.
Accountabilities
- Own the technical design and delivery of enterprise customer implementations across the target region, from initial kickoff through production cutover and scaling.
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations for prospective customers in partnership with commercial teams.
- Design practical solutions that align with customer technology stacks, business requirements, operational constraints, and data-residency needs.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Arabic-speaking customers, communicating effectively with both engineering teams and business or executive stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and regional engagements, helping establish strong technical relationships.
