You will work closely with the Customer Success, Engineering and R&D; teams , helping troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance from our technologies. This role combines technical troubleshooting, software validation, and customer-facing support , offering exposure to cutting-edge automation and additive manufacturing systems. Few examples of responsibilities: Perform software testing and validation on Caracol’s additive manufacturing software, ensuring correct functionality and performance.
