About the Role Aviomar Flight Academy is seeking Simulator Flight Instructors – Learjet 45/75 for a full or tempo parziale, on-site positions. The successful candidate will deliver ground instruction, technical briefings, initial and recurrent training sessions and post-session debriefings using a Learjet 45 Level D Full Flight Simulator.
Training will be provided to pilots with different levels of operational experience, from applicants completing their initial type rating to experienced flight crew attending recurrent or refresher training. The instructor will also support the Chief Instructor with standardisation activities, course development and the continuous improvement of training standards. Aviomar Flight Academy will sponsor the successful candidate’s Learjet 45/75 type-rating revalidation or renewal , where required, as well as the applicable SFI/TRI training course . Subject to operational requirements and individual eligibility, the position may also offer the opportunity to progress towards examiner privileges.
