Your skills
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, ideally within the field
- Confidence in addressing break/fix issues – Typically supporting PCs / Laptop
- Diagnostic & support capabilities using standard Windows-based applications & tools (such as M365, Win10, A.D & SCCM)
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Familiarity with ticketing system
- Good English and fluent Italian
- Availability to travel in the area of Rome
- Driving licence

You will:
- Device installations: assist the clients in installation of the software and initial setting up of the systems
- Troubleshooting: identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers,
Mobile devices, Tablets etc.
- User support: provide support on applications and systems
- Account Management: management of user accounts/permissions
- Connectivity issues: basic network support.
Location: Rome area (availability to travel in the area is required - driving license needed)
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility of switch into a permanent)
