We're growing fast and looking for an Italian- and German-speaking Customer Success Manager. Keep reading ️ Responsibilities Manage onboarding calls with new customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Perform quality checks on our products Handle first-level support requests Manage demo calls with potential customers Identify and reach out to potential customers Carry out cold outreach and prospecting activities Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests ✅ Requirements Key Requirements Professional proficiency in German Professional proficiency in Italian Professional proficiency in English Experience in customer success,
