Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: - Collaborate to drive a comprehensive multi-year sustainability strategy according to global target
- Identify opportunities and execute projects to minimize the site’s environmental footprint in consultation with manufacturing team and external consultants
- Support achievement of Key Performance Measures (KPIs), monitoring progress and identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations based on findings
- Collaborate on compliance with legal obligations, operational procedures, Grünenthal GOBS standards, regarding EHS
- Collaborate to ensures correct operation of the Safety and Environmental Management System certified according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Perform internal EHS audit according global and local plans
- Evaluate the efficiency of the plant and the production lines for the safety and environmental aspects
- Perform general and specific risks evaluation, develop and implement EHS action plans, supporting in the coordination/resolution of EHS emergency situations in needed
- Collaborate on managing staff training in the EHS field
- Collaborate in energy monitoring, definition of KPI and target and energy management. **What you'll bring to the table** To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: - University degree in Safety Engineering or comparable
- 3-5 years of experience as an EHS Specialist/ASPP in manufacturing plants
- Fluency in business English
- Innovation and willingness to work in a high performing team
- Interpersonal understanding, communication and ability to motivate others
