Process Technician (Blown Film)

On site role in Melbourne, Australia. Must have working level English and be eligible for 417 Visa.

Pakaflex is an innovative and rapidly growing flexible packaging manufacturing company based in Dandenong.

We are seeking to place experienced blown film extrusion operators in our modern high speed manufacturing site in Melbourne, Australia. To be eligible you must be able to qualify for a Working Holiday 417 Visa. You can commence employment on this Visa and then we will lodge a 482 Visa following successful completion of probationary period. This would allow you to stay in Australia long term. Experience with Blown Film Extrusion or Flexographic Print and a working level of English are required for the position.

We are seeking keen, dedicated and smart individuals who are interested in learning about our process’s and developing new skills. Applicants should be dedicated individuals with great attention to detail who take pride in what they do.





We are looking for long term employees who are interested in growing with the business while furthering their career in blown film manufacturing.

You will be working in a close-knit team and have responsibility for extruded film quality and scrap on several machines. You must be a solid “team player’ and be willing to contribute across various dynamic roles.

We run 4X12 hour shifts - Monday through Thursday each week. Some Fridays may also be available when on day shift. We have a fast-paced environment, so suitable for people that like to be kept busy! You must be prepared to do night shift on a rotational basis.

Pay: €23.00 - €27.60 per hour
