IT SUPPORT MANAGER

Activities
Applicant, reporting to the Division Director, will be accountable for managing and developing all the service activities for reference Business Unit.

Activities also include guarantees for Customer Satisfaction with rapid, decisive actions, applying strategic processes in order to comply with an assigned budget.

Applicant will have frequent interactions with:
– Customers (directly and un-directly) through sale forces
– Subcontractors with which carry out negotiations and conclude annual cooperation agreements, will provide for their technical modernization and their evaluation through audits – management for the definition of business strategy




– Technical staff of which will take care of updating on products and applications and ensure that operate safely in compliance with the regulations.

Client fleet management (30/40 locations);
Network management and business infrastructure;
Video communication equipment management.

Requirements

- 1/2 years of experience in formal contexts;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills and problem solving skills in an international environment;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory;
- Person polite and patient with strong internal customer orientation available to train and support
