The job: You will be the driving force behind finding our future sales talent and nurturing our internal culture, serving as a vital bridge between our recruitment growth and core HR operations. End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for our Build pillar.
From initial briefing and creative sourcing to technical screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, you will ensure we bring the best talent into the sales team (high volume hiring) Pillar Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure consistency in our recruitment strategy, pipeline health, and hiring velocity. HR Administration: Pick up and execute core HR operations tasks, logging contract variations, employee lifecycle paperwork, and ensuring smooth local compliance steps. Onboarding & Lifecycle: Run an exceptional onboarding process for new starters, making sure their first weeks are structured, supportive, and full of tail wags. Systems Management: Closely administer Hi Bob as our central HRIS to maintain candidate-to-employee data integrity, run reports, and optimize workflows. Engagement Activities: Help design and drive internal team engagement initiatives and culture events, keeping our teams connected a
