Specialista Senior / Project ManagerIn this Global Product Line Manager role, you own the strategy and lifecycle of the Engine Chains product range to meet revenue and margin targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across aftermarket Europe and the global product management function to drive new applications, pricing, and product launches. You will support sales with deep product expertise, develop business cases, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with the global plan. This is an opportunity to shape a critical product area and contribute to BorgWarner's commitment to efficient propulsion solutions.Direct and oversee the product offer across lifecycle stages (range, new applications, deletions, packaging, cataloging)Support sales with customer visits to generate new business opportunities and drive revenueProduce business cases for range extensions and new product launchesCollaborate with data management, packaging engineering, purchasing,



and logistics for New Product IntroductionCoordinate cross-functional teams to align deliverables with the Business Plan objectives and global strategyReview competitive positioning with local Sales & Marketing teamsDevelop pricing strategies with the pricing manager and sales repsCollaborate with Aftersales Marketing to position and communicate products at launch and through lifecycleTrain country organizations and provide product literature and launch materialsGood knowledge of economicsDeep knowledge of Emission ProductsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesSeveral years' experience in the aftermarket automotive supplier industryExcellent presentation skills with an analytical, assertive mindsetAbility to prioritize and organize tasks with a drive for resultsFlexibility to work in a matrix organization and develop internal networksExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishIn this Global Product Line Manager role, you own the strategy and lifecycle of the Engine Chains
