Geotab is seeking a Technical Support Specialist based in Lisbon to help customers and partners understand Geotab products. The role requires fluency in French and English and a passion for technology.
You will diagnose technical issues in hardware and software, work with partners and customers across multiple channels, and contribute to product support and training. A 1–3 year background in a customer-support role is preferred.
