Human Resources Generalist Intern

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end onboarding logistics for both national and international new hires, acting as the main point of contact for onboarding-related activities
- Manage the LMS (Learning Management System): administer employee subscriptions/licenses and create new learning activities under supervision
- Support core HRIS administration, keeping the system (HiBob) accurately updated in line with existing HR processes
- Produce data analysis and reporting on learning & development metrics to support decision-making
- Provide general administrative support to the HR/L&D; team as needed

What You'll Need
- Based in the Milan metropolitan area, able to work on-site regularly
- Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with HR tech platforms — e.g., LMS, HRIS/HR systems — and/or AI tools that support automation and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously

What’s nice to have
- Prior exposure to HiBob or similar HRIS platforms




- Experience with data reporting or analytics (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Interest or coursework in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
- Curiosity about how AI tools can streamline HR/L&D; workflows
