The Role: Client Insights Analyst
We are seeking a Client Insight Analyst to join our HQ Omnichannel Client Team in Milan.
Your Impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate actionable client insights by analyzing CRM, retail and digital data to identify opportunities for client acquisition, retention, engagement and lifetime value growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance analyses to monitor CRM initiatives, client behavior and key business KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Partner with CRM, Retail, Digital and Data teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and support data-driven decision making across client initiatives.
- Support client segmentation, audience definition and campaign measurement, evaluating performance and providing recommendations to continuously optimize client strategies.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in CRM analytics, customer intelligence, business analytics or a similar data-driven role,
preferably within luxury, fashion, retail or consumer brands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Hands-on experience with CRM and BI tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Dynamics or similar), with advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across CRM, Retail, Digital and Technology teams in a international environment

- Compensation package range: from 38.000 to 48.000 € gross.
