Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, EMEA | Minimally Invasive Surgery Visualization
In this role you will lead the EMEA Visualization Marketing function to drive growth and market share for a medical imaging portfolio. You will build and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, shape regional marketing strategy, and align with sales to deliver impactful campaigns. You’ll develop insights from customers and thought leaders, and oversee branding, product lifecycle plans, and go-to-market execution. This is a hands-on leadership position that leverages collaboration across regions to elevate brand value and business results.

- Lead, develop and coach a multi-layer team (direct and indirect reports) to reach full potential.
- Define and execute the annual and long-range marketing strategy for the EMEA Visualization business to meet growth and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with EMEA sales to align marketing and commercial priorities and drive market growth.
- Build relationships with industry thought leaders, customers and institutions to gain strategic insights.
- Oversee market access, government affairs and health-economics initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Manage regional product lifecycles including launches and phase-outs; influence portfolio development and potential M&A; activity.
- Lead commercialization planning for new product development with Portfolio teams; guide branding, messaging and pricing.
- Identify education and brand experience opportunities; develop scalable customer engagement events with Education Manager.
- Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the brand and work with Global Marketing on upstream/downstream projects.
