Position Overview:
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences throughout every stage of the stay. You will be actively involved in daily Guest Relations operations, acting as a central point of contact for guests and internal departments.
The ideal candidate is naturally service-oriented, proactive, and passionate about luxury hospitality, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
You will consistently apply service standards while creating meaningful and memorable interactions with both guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning, preparation, and coordination of guest stays, ensuring every detail is carefully managed
- Provide timely and accurate follow-up to guest requests and preferences
- Act as a liaison between Guest Relations and other departments, including Room Service, Food & Beverage, SPA & Wellness, Sporting Facilities, Reservations, Concierge, and Guest Services
- Promote hotel services and experiences effectively, supporting upselling and revenue objectives
- Apply and uphold Preferred Hotels & Resorts service standards , ensuring consistency and excellence in every guest interaction
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and high team morale
