Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, EMEA | Sports MedicineIn this Senior Manager Brand Marketing role, you lead the EMEA Sports Medicine marketing drive, shaping strategy across Brand, Product Management and Sales Enablement. You will build and inspire a multi-faceted team, align with global strategy, and drive market-share growth through integrated marketing plans. You’ll collaborate with sales, develop insights from key customers and thought leaders, and oversee market access and health-economics workstreams. - Define and execute annual and long-range marketing strategy for EMEA Sports Medicine in alignment with global strategy
- Lead and develop a team of ~4 direct and 9 indirect reports, fostering growth-oriented performance
- Collaborate with EMEA sales to align marketing and commercial priorities
- Develop relationships with customers, thought leaders, and institutions to generate strategic insights
- Oversee EMEA market access, government affairs, and health-economics initiatives
- Manage regional product lifecycles including launches and phase-outs
- Support portfolio development via new product development, line extensions, and M&A;
- Lead commercialization planning with Portfolio teams
- Manage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing based on market insights
- Identify education and brand experience opportunities and coordinate scalable customer events
- Develop KOLs for the brand and partner with Global Marketing on upstream/downstream projects
- Develop metrics to evaluate marketing impact on customer engagement and financial performance
- Provide performance analysis and define mitigating actions to achieve strategy
- Identify cross-region/cross-division opportunities
