Our Stoke Associates are responsible for operational tasks and all aspects of Back of House and, AAS team players collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy and optimism.
What You'll Do:

- Support the Team through the management and follow-up of all stock related tasks, including deliveries and Inventory Control.
- Work as part of MK Team, providing support for colleagues within the store.
- Take accountability for personal self-evaluation and performance as a MK Ambassador.
- Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with Brand policy.
- Practice and role model the company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior toolkit.
