Venue & Hospitality Coordinator - Italy

KoreanLondon Ltd is looking for a local Venue & Hospitality Coordinator to support preparations for an upcoming European concert project taking place in March 2027.
This is an entry-level, project-based freelance opportunity suited to someone based in or familiar with Rome who is interested in gaining experience within live music, touring and international event production.
The role will primarily support KoreanLondon during the pre-production stage of the Rome concert date, helping us communicate effectively with local venues and hospitality suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Research suitable live music venues in Rome
Contact venues to request availability, hire fees and technical information
Communicate with venues in the local language where required
Assist with discussions regarding venue hire, production, staffing and event requirements
Research suitable hotels and accommodation options for the touring party and production team
Research local transport and other relevant hospitality/logistics options
Gather quotes, terms and relevant information from local suppliers




Maintain clear records of enquiries and responses
Provide regular updates to KoreanLondon throughout the planning process
Assist with translating or clarifying local-language communications where necessary
Who We’re Looking For
Fluent/native-level Italian and confident communicating professionally in English
Based in, or very familiar with, Rome
Organised, reliable and comfortable communicating with businesses professionally
Confident conducting independent research and following up on enquiries
Good written communication skills
Able to manage information accurately and meet agreed deadlines
An interest in live music, events, touring or entertainment
Previous professional event experience is not required. This role is designed to provide an opportunity for someone looking to build experience within the live entertainment industry.
