Over Ventures is a European venture advisory boutique and crowdfunding studio. We support startups, tech companies and investors in raising capital and grow. With more than 200 capital-raising and equity crowdfunding deals managed and offices in Milan and Lecce, we operate with an international perspective and a young, dynamic culture.
Role: CEO Shadow (Internship) – Milan
We are looking for a recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Management, or Management Engineering for a full-time internship with hiring track. The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder & Managing Partner, supporting daily operations, strategic initiatives, and business development activities.
Main Responsibilities
Provide analytical and operational support to the CEO’s activities.
Coordinate with the team on fundraising, venture scouting, and micro M&A; projects.
Prepare strategic materials such as pitch decks, reports, and market analyses.
Attend meetings with investors, startups, and international partners.
Conduct research and monitor trends in the European venture capital and crowdfunding ecosystem.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Management, Management Engineering, or related fields.
Passion for startups, venture capital, and equity crowdfunding.
Ability to work independently and goal-oriented in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
What We Offer
Full-time internship (9:00 – 18:00) with the opportunity for full-time employment after completion.
Compensation between €500 – €1.000/month + meal vouchers, based on experience and maturity of the profile.
