Role Description:
We are seeking a Technical Lead , who will be responsible for overseeing technical teams, ensuring smooth operations, and driving successful project outcomes.
Our Technical Lead will:
Understand project needs, plan and design the structure of technology solutions. You’ll define work schedules for the team, assign tasks and set goals.
Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet quality standards.
Monitor systems to ensure they fulfill both user needs and business goals.
