Your Role As a Hedge Fund Research, you will lead manager research, selection,
and ongoing oversight across offshore and UCITS hedge fund strategies, supporting institutional-quality hedge fund allocations for UHNW clients.
The role is research‑and‑governance‑led, not discretionary portfolio management, and includes meaningful interaction with clients and advisors. You will work closely with senior investment professionals and the Investment Committee, while also helping advisors and clients understand portfolio positioning, manager roles, and risk characteristics.
Responsibilities Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting hedge fund managers across core strategies
Owning the hedge fund due diligence and conviction framework (buy, watch, avoid)
Leading ongoing manager monitoring and recommending adds, trims, or exits
Advising on fund terms, fees, liquidity, and capacity constraints
Preparing and presenting materials to the Investment Committee
