Mission Responsible for providing appropriate and courteous service. Complies at all times with quality standards and pays special attention to customer service, ensuring that food and beverages are presented correctly before being delivered to customers in order to ensure the satisfaction of guests and customers, and earn their recognition and preference for hotel services.
Responsibilities Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual.
Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience.
Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
Guarantee the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course.
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Qualifications Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English.

Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for this position.
The position can be classified at level C3 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C3: € 1.621,40 gross monthly).
The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between € 22.699,60 and € 23.620,66, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
