AIT Manager for Satellite Programs: oversees integration, testing, environmental and launch campaigns, planning, costs, quality, and resources throughout the entire project lifecycle.

About this vacancy

In the role of AIT Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Planning and management of AIT Plan, Flow, WBS, WPD, and Schedule
- Coordination of resources and integration and test activities
- Monitoring progress, costs, ETC/EAC, and reporting
- Managing AIT documentation (Procedures, IRR, TRR, PTR, Dashboard)
- Supporting project reviews, environmental campaigns, and launch activities
- Managing quality, risks, and corrective actions
- Coordination of procurement and test facilities

What we expect from you

- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent - At least 5 years of experience in space AIT - Knowledge of satellites, integration, testing, and space documentation - Experience in team coordination and activity planning - Knowledge of quality processes and operations in a Clean Room - Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills - Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Project Control tools - Italian C2,



fluent English - Availability for missions, shifts, and long-term campaigns.

What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent contract, and the base gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €38,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and, upon completing the selection process while evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, it may propose a final RAL above the level indicated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an annual budget of €4,000 net for skill development, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, respecting the company's policies.
