Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the pre-opening and ongoing operations of the resort's dining and events divisions. Based at Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina, the role will drive exceptional guest experiences, service standards, and revenue performance across restaurants, bars, in-room dining and banqueting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in luxury F&B;, proven leadership, budgeting and cost control expertise, and pre-opening experience.
