In this role you drive revenue growth and market expansion in Italy as part of Billerud's Cartonboard sales team. You’ll build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize profitability. You’ll operate in a sustainability-focused context, shaping commercial strategies and negotiating value-based deals. This is an opportunity to impact the Italian market within a world-leading renewable materials company.

Identify and develop the customer base within the Italian market
Build, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships
Identify prospects and drive new business opportunities
Plan and execute activities to meet targets for volume, margin and customer satisfaction
University degree in business, engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
Strong negotiation skills in high-level commercial discussions
Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken
