About the job

As Business Development Manager Textile EMEA, you will drive profitable growth of our textile business across the Surfactants, CMC, and Chelates product lines. Combining technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset, you will manage key customer and distributor relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute growth initiatives that increase market share and profitability. The role combines strategic business development with hands-on account management and requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across the EMEA region. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the Expancel business in Italy, including the distributor.





In your future role as Business Development Manager Textile you will

• Drive sustainable and profitable growth across the Textile segment by delivering sales, revenue and margin targets within your territory.

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with key customers, brands, mills, formulators and distributors across the Surfactants, CMC and Chelates portfolio.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, applications and projects in textile processing, finishing and adjacent markets, building a strong growth pipeline.

• Provide technical-commercial support and application expertise to customers and distributors, working closely with Technical Service, R&D; and Marketing to develop customer-driven solutions.

• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts and supply agreements while safeguarding profitability and aligning with business strategy.
