We are looking to recruit motivated and ambitious Chanel Beauty Advisor's to join the successful teams at sea.

What You Will Be Doing
Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world)
Promotes a variety of Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance products to guests
Performs full makeovers while encouraging guests to try Chanel, purchase the products and use techniques showed in the demonstration
Provides advice to guests relating to Chanel product range; according to their needs in terms of skin type, needs and preferences
Meets and exceeds Chanel monthly sales target objectives consistently through expert and proven consultative selling skills
Understands promotional planner and event schedule to drive Chanel product sales and guest traffic
Develops relationships with Chanel team and cruise partner staff to execute events and drive guest traffic to store and Chanel via events
Assists with Chanel stock control and inventory management, including stocking shelves with merchandise, receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock, with an emphasis on asset protection
Ensures that presentation of Chanel products is visually appealing and merchandised in a manner that maximizes sales, following brands guidelines
Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
