Job Description
Being responsible for the preparation and implementation of the catering service
Checking that the room is always set up according to company standards and LQA standards
Monitor and ensure the smooth running of the service
Ensuring the accuracy and correct presentation of menus
Ensure that guests are welcomed, guided and seated and that the quality of service is maintained
Keeping track of guest feedback
Contributing to the development of the hotel's image quality
Ensure a warm welcome and experience for guests
Listening to guests and providing solutions tailored to their needs
Being responsible on issues of safety (material and human), ‘breakage’ and other ‘waste’
Being responsible for ensuring that materials and equipment are maintained and used correctly
Actively cooperate with one's own colleagues and with colleagues in other departments
Have a positive and friendly attitude within the team

Previous experience of at least 2 years in the same role within a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Excellent table service skills and knowledge of mise en place, filleting, carving, and flambé techniques.
Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism, with a strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the front-of-house
