We find apps with real traction, bring them into our portfolio, and plug them into our Monetization SDK - proprietary AI agents that suggest, execute, and measure monetization uplifts across millions of users.
We take that same engine to outside app owners too, through "done-with-you" and "done-for-you" partnerships covering in-app ads, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.

We're hiring a Business Development & Partner Success Manager - hungry, a challenge-seeker, ready to run point on BlueThrone's external partnerships in the mobile app space.
Your mission ⭐️
We're looking for someone who's not just a closer, but a real long-term partner to the app owners we work with.
Someone who can take a qualified lead, sell them on the partnership, close the deal - and then own that relationship for as long as it runs.
This is a hands-on, full-lifecycle role: you inherit leads from our Sourcing & Acquisition team, you negotiate and close, and then you become the partner's single point of contact - running money collection, product/tech coordination, and performance tracking so the partnership works for both sides.
