NOTE: This is a trainee position, target UA-01. The position may be filled at the UA-05, UA-03, UA-02 or UA-01 grade level. If position is filled at the UA-05, UA-03 or UA-02 grade level, incumbent may be promoted non-competitively to the next higher grade level upon completion of necessary training and after he/she has met the necessary qualification requirements, quality of experience, and upon recommendation of the supervisor.

Hauptaufgaben
Incumbent reviews and revises fund requests. Ensures that submissions meet regulatory guidance and are consistent with Command priorities and policies. Reviews and revises statements justifying and supporting the funding requests (direct and reimbursable)
for submission to higher headquarters. Coordinates the Obligation Plan (OP) for specific accounts and programs or for the entire Command. Ensures validity of budget justification data submitted in support of budget estimates or requests for allotments. Performs analysis of accounts budget requests by employing techniques such as cost analysis (current and prior years), trade-offs, and exploring alternative methods of funding. Monitors and maintains the daily execution of current and prior years, ensuring that all commitments and obligations are posted to the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and uploads necessary supporting documentation. Analyzes, validates payroll obligations for both LN and DAC employees extracting required information from GFEBS, ATAAPS and DCPS. Identifies and corrects errors and inconsistencies.
