We are currently seeking a Operations Project Mgmt. Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tognana, Italy The Global Logistics Program Manager leads the multi-year redesign and implementation of the company’s global logistics network, driving large-scale transformation initiatives to optimize delivery speed, cost, quality, and environmental sustainability across international operations. This role manages a portfolio of complex projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams,



and ensures alignment with long-term business objectives and strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and oversee the global logistics network redesign program, spanning multiple years and geographies, to enable new capabilities, cost efficiency, and scalable growth.
- Design program frameworks and roadmaps to evaluate trade-offs (quality, speed, cost, carbon intensity) and translate strategic direction into actionable project plans.
- Lead global teams and stakeholders in reviewing, designing, and executing network changes (new sites, modes, suppliers, automation) to support business growth and transformation goals.
- Facilitate program governance, establishing clear objectives, project controls, and risk management processes for each work stream.
