This is an exciting, varied role that blends office-based administration and client communication with hands-on field operations. If you love a job where no two days are the same, this is for you

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Administration: From our office in Galatina/Galatone, arrange the admin tasks, organize documentation, and work closely with the management, admin and finance teams, coordinating utility activations, transfers, and contractor schedules.

On-Site Inspections & Reporting: Head out into beautiful Salento to visit client properties, conduct routine inspections, to ensure everything is in working order and eventually dispatch contractors. Then fill out simple reports to share with the clients.

Client Onboarding & Contracts:



Take meetings to explain our property management services to potential clients and manage the process of sending out standard service contracts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent Communication Skills: You are a natural people-person who is clear, helpful, and mainly empathetic.

Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English is essential, as the majority of your daily interactions will be with international clients. (Good Italian is also required to coordinate with local contractors and authorities).

Superb Organization: You are detail-oriented, love a good checklist, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. Able to carefully follow established company checklists and procedures to maintain our high standard of service. Familiar with the G-Suite, Google Doc, Google Sheets etc
