Job Purpose

The Pharmacy, Field & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of the Gold Collagen business within the assigned Italian territory.

The role combines pharmacy development, field activation, Brand Ambassador coordination and new business development, with a strong hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.

The primary objective is to strengthen Gold Collagen’s presence and performance in pharmacies, increase consumer engagement and sell-out, develop the existing pharmacy network and identify and activate new points of sale across pharmacies and selected retail channels.

The role works closely with the Country Manager, the national distributor and its sales agents, while taking direct ownership of field activities and opportunities within the assigned territory.

The position does not directly manage distributor orders; rather,



it creates and develops commercial opportunities that can be converted into orders and sustainable business growth through the distributor and its sales network.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Territory Business Development
- Take ownership of the development of Gold Collagen within the assigned geographical area.
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution, visibility and sell-out across pharmacies.
- Identify and prospect new pharmacies and potential retail partners.
- Develop relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists and relevant decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for new points of sale and support their activation in collaboration with the Country Manager and distributor.
- Develop local business opportunities and initiatives that can contribute to the growth of the brand.
