What you will do:
Supported by your company tutor and team, you will assist in the following activities:
Develop the Staff Plan, ensuring the correct staffing needs for each department;
Create employee schedules to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience;
Collaborate in creating files and reports to monitor KPIs related to staffing;
Support managers in monitoring leave and permissions across teams;
Work with recruitment and administration teams for resource management;
Assist the People & Culture Manager, department managers, and co-workers in implementing plans;
Ensure effective onboarding processes for new co-workers;
Organize events and parties.
