Account Executive Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive Intern to join our Broking Team in Milan. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance and risk management industry while developing technical, analytical, and client-service skills in a dynamic and international environment.
Working alongside experienced Client Executives and Brokers, you will support day-to-day client servicing activities, contribute to insurance program management,
and learn how innovative risk solutions are delivered to multinational and local clients.
As Account Executive Intern, you will:
Support Client Executives and senior colleagues in the delivery of daily client servicing activities.
Assist in managing requests and inquiries from clients, insurers, and other stakeholders through email and telephone communication.
Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of insurance documentation, policy information, and client-related reports.
Maintain accurate client records and information within internal systems and databases.
Assist in the preparation of market presentations and underwriting submissions.
Gain an understanding of clients' businesses, risk exposures, and insurance requirements.
Learn how global insurance programs are structured and implemented locally.
Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and functions to ensure excellent client service.
