What you will do:
As a Front-Line Sales Executive within Johnson Controls' Global Marine, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the passenger ship segment, including small to midsize cruise lines, ferries, and luxury vessels. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with shipyards, vessel owners, and operators across key global markets. You will promote Johnson Controls' portfolio of HVAC, fire safety, and integrated control solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and marine compliance standards.
How You Will Do It:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting the passenger ship market, with a focus on newbuilds, retrofits, and service contracts.Build strong relationships with shipyards, naval architects, vessel owners,



and operators to position Johnson Controls as a trusted partner.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, leveraging market intelligence and industry trends.Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, project management, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions.Represent Johnson Controls at marine trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and customer records using CRM tools.Ensure compliance with all relevant marine regulations and Johnson Controls' quality standards.
