Step into the office with the same energy and precision as Atomic on the slopes, Salomon on the trail, and Wilson on the court - be the driving force behind Amer Sports' winning teamThis tempo parziale position is about 25 hours per week, with afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday.
What you will be doing:
Own the front desk: manage switchboard calls, welcome customers and suppliers with a smile.
Handle mail and courier operations: sort, ship, track, and organize parcels efficiently.
Support cost management: enter expenses in Ariba, code invoices, and manage online orders.
Keep the office running: manage emails, telephony, hardware needs, technicians, and cleaning services.
Organize events and travel: coordinate bookings, refreshments, and internal events with flair.
Tackle ad hoc projects: provide flexible support wherever the team needs you.
What you need to succeed:
Experience in similar roles (1–2 years),ideally in an international environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptable,



flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative spirit.
Strong command of English (B2 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or comparable systems.
