SENIOR / RESERVATIONS AGENT

Responsibility

Responsible for inputting and handling incoming room reservations, provide clients with accurate and relevant information about the Hotel services, facilities and rates
Handle reservations accurately and professionally
Solve guests’ and colleagues’ enquiries in timely and courteous manner
Provide on-the-job training to Reservations Agents and Trainee

Qualifications

Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years experience in Reservations Department in Hotel
Solid knowledge in Opera and computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of spoken English and Putonghua
Less experience will be considered as Reservations Agent
Fresh graduate with internship experience will also be considered
