Your mission Identify new business opportunities, develop long-term commercial relationships, and accelerate the company's growth through the acquisition and management of strategic clients across the Italian market. Key responsibilities ▸ Develop new business opportunities across different industrial sectors ▸ Acquire and manage strategic clients ▸ Build strong, lasting business relationships ▸ Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve growth targets ▸ Identify new applications and opportunities for the product portfolio ▸ Negotiate commercial agreements and supply contracts ▸ Manage and grow a client portfolio autonomously ▸ Coordinate with product, purchasing, operations,
and regulatory teams to deliver competitive solutions ▸ Represent the company at visits, trade fairs, and industry events ✅ Requirements ▸ Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the chemical sector ▸ Experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing, or industrial raw materials ▸ Proven track record in business development and client acquisition ▸ Ability to manage complex sales processes ▸ High level of English ▸ Native or fluent Italian ▸ Willingness to travel ⭐ Especially valued ▸ Experience in detergents, cosmetics, water treatment, lubricants, paints, adhesives, construction, food, or industrial chemicals ▸ Knowledge of chemical raw materials and their applications ▸ Existing network of contacts in the sector ▸ Entrepreneurial profile with excellent negotiation skills What we offer ▸ A fast-growing company with international ambition ▸ Access to a broad portfolio of chemical raw materials ▸ Autonomy to develop markets
