Job Description
We are looking for a Telesales Co-ordinator who will identify high-quality potential customers from given lists and keep relationship and contacts with the assigned customers in order to identify sales opportunity.

Responsibilities
Key resposibilities:
- Identify high-quality potential customers from given lists and keep relationship and contacts with the assigned customers in order to identify sales opportunity.
- Presentation of products (e.g. consumables) and services on the phone.
- Customer data administration in the CRM and/or other sales related tools.
- Develop and support business growth in the small and medium companies’ market.

Qualifications
Skills required:
- Telephone sales techniques (outbound and inbound).
- Lead generation and prospect qualification skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Ability to manage and update customer databases.




- Negotiation and closing techniques Basic knowledge of products/services (e.g. consumables) and ability to present them effectively.
- Ability to analyze sales KPIs and monitor performance.
- Familiarity with digital and communication tools (email, VoIP, sales tracking tools).
