We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Team Lead to manage and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on generating new business opportunities and driving advertiser acquisition.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, optimizing sales performance, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs through coaching, performance management, and regular one-to-one meetings.




- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies across LinkedIn, email, and phone channels.
- Monitor and improve key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline generation, meetings booked, and activity levels.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of sales tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
- Work closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless lead qualification and handover processes.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on pipeline performance, team productivity, and business opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience in Digital Market and/or Online Advertising would be an asset
- At least 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales team.
