Tasks
Key Responsibilities
* Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.
* Deliver after-sales technical support, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues.
* Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support.
* Support new product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events in the Italian market.
* Collect and communicate customer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues to Product and R&D; teams.
* Support local product testing and validation, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
* Maintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
* Work closely with Sales, Product, Service and R&D; teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation or a related technical field.
* Relevant experience in solar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems is highly preferred.
* Good understanding of PV syste
