Bridgestone is seeking an R&D; compound development engineer to lead design, develop, and validate innovative compound solutions for Bridgestone products in a dynamic team in Rome. You will apply materials science, chemistry and industrial process knowledge to prototypes, laboratory investigations and validation leading to industrialization.
The role requires a Ph.D. in a related field, experience in polymers and advanced materials, and fluency in English.
