Client Overview
Our client is a company serving businesses in the international shipping and e-commerce space through client-facing software systems and applications. They are seeking a self-sufficient engineer who can support existing production systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute across both backend and frontend development.

Role Overview
As a Software Engineer (Python & React), you will join an established technical environment supporting client-facing applications across international shipping and e-commerce operations. This is a mid-level, full-stack engineering role with a strong operational focus, combining hands-on development with production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing systems maintenance.
You will work across the stack using Python on the backend and JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Next.js on the frontend, primarily within a Microsoft Azure environment. A key part of the role will be independently owning technical tickets, investigating production issues, debugging unfamiliar systems,



and maintaining existing applications to ensure they remain reliable and effective.

Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Ticket Resolution
Support client-facing systems and applications used within international shipping and e-commerce operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve incoming tickets, bugs, and system issues.
Independently investigate technical problems and identify practical solutions.
Own assigned tickets and issues through resolution.
Communicate progress, blockers, and technical issues clearly with the broader team.
