This is a strategic role within Mitel's Italian sales organization, with responsibility for some of the Italian government's largest customers and an annual revenue of $5-6M. The role requires extensive public‐sector knowledge, a deep understanding of Mitel's portfolio and customers' purchasing processes — from Consip framework agreements to public tender procedures — as well as the ability to build strong relationships with major local service providers and key system integrators.ResponsibilitiesLeverage the whole Mitel's portfolio and extend the footprint within each accountManage day by day relation with large public customersProtect the installed base,
making sure large swa and services contracts are timely renewed and hopefully extended in scopeDeal with large service providers (e.g. Fastweb) to develop business initiatives based (for example) on Consip's frame agreementsCooperate with the channel team and local partnersDeliver timely and accurate status for each opportunityInvolve Mitel's management and executive when applicableDefine a structured account plan for each large accountsRequirementsLocated in Rome (Italy) and willing to travel across the Italian territory as needed10-15 years experience in sales, specifically in large public sector organizationsNative Italian and fluent in EnglishAbility to deal with enterprise sales related processes in a multi‐national environmentSpecific experience in UC and CXSolid recognition in the Italian tech ecosystemAdditional Skills (Advantageous)Specific experience with major UC vendorsUC technic
