Waiter/Waitress Job Purpose As a Waiter/Waitress with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill, in line with our steps of service. Key Accountabilities: To greet members as they settle down at their table and introducing them to menus. To ensure tables are set up before seating members and offering them water or drinks. Water is topped up throughout their stay.



To take members' orders using the and deliver them to the kitchen staff for preparation. To confirm food items, match the orders and deliver them to the correct table. To correctly open bottles of wine or champagne and pouring for members, ensuring glasses are topped up throughout their stay. To provide service and accountability for designated section. To check with members if they have any allergy of dietary requirements. To possess a strong understanding of the food and drink menu in order to make recommendations on pairings and any other specific member requests. To engage with member, check if they are satisfied with their visit, including food and drink and if they need anything else.
