JOB PURPOSE/ROLE The candidate will play an active role in the tariff and underwriting deployment, ensuring the competitiveness, optimizing time to market and with special focus both on tools performance and on adaptability of develompents. KEY TASKS Implementation of tariff components into the pricing tool Implementation of underwriting components Scenario Testing analysis to evaluate the impact of different tariffs on portfolio performance and to verify the effectiveness of the introduced measures Development and maintenance of features and products,
rating factors and reports based on relevant KPI's Data exploration analysis using internal and external sources Data collection and preparation for ad hoc analysis Collaboration with other business functions KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 1-4 years proven experience in Insurance Company/Consultancy Firms with focus on Data/Pricing Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineer, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science Knowledge in Wills Tower Watson pricing suite SQL, Python and Java Proficient with Office Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work both independently and in team as well as to engage and interact with different stakeholders Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures.
